Why Worry?

Before we chase topic, let's first have a bit of eye candy:
 Fire Star

 Chunky Crystal with copper mesh

Tomatoes: so popular at the farmers' markets

Ok, so "Why Worry?"
I recently came across several profound sayings that I had committed to memory over the years.  These are encouraging, powerful lessons when put into practice.

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow;
it empties today of its strength.

Worry is a cycle of inefficient thoughts
whirling around a center of fear.

Worry doesn't enable us to escape evil;
it makes us unfit to face evil when it comes.

Worry is the interest you pay
on trouble before it comes.

"And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?...
So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself.  Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matt. 6:27, 34)

Worrying won't add hours to your life, but it CAN make you CUCKOO! (that's a freebie that I made up ;-)

 And finally, if you have some time on your hands,
spend part of it on your knees.
